To create a comprehensive and inclusive social protection system in Sindh that safeguards the rights and promotes the socio-economic security of every individual, fostering a resilient and equitable society.

Support SSPA in achieving improved access of the poor and vulnerable population to social protection services in the province by:
i. establishing a robust Social Protection System;
ii. designing efficient, adequate and well-coordinated intervention(s) and;
iii. developing an effective and efficient social protection service delivery mechanism.
